Equality Texas does not and will not share, rent, nor sell its membership database or give any individual member information to any other organization or corporation for any reason, without the specific consent of the member. Equality Texas will communicate to its members about its partnerships and/or sponsorships with affiliated or partner organizations that are in line with its mission but will retain control of all membership records.
Membership records are password protected at both the administrative and the individual member levels. Administrative passwords are changed at least every 90 days as a safeguard.
Neither Equality Texas nor the Equality Texas Foundation will share, rent, nor sell the donor database or give any individual donor information to any other organization or corporation for any reason, without the specific consent of the donor.
Equality Texas and the Equality Texas Foundation keep all donor records saved with private passwords in Financial Software and our Database systems. Passwords are changed at least every 90 days to ensure against hacking.
Equality Texas and the Equality Texas Foundation hold their lists of donors and constituents in the highest esteem and treat constituent and donor records with the utmost confidentiality.
