More: To educate the Rio Grande Valley community on issues and discriminatory legislation the LGBTQ community will face during the upcoming legislative session and to promote the 2nd annual queer and trans people of color conference in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. Aqui Estamos 2016 will take place on Friday, August 12 and Saturday, August 13 at the STC Cooper Center in McAllen, Texas.  Together, we will explore three different tracks that impact the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, and asexual community living in our borderland: Health & Wellness, Ending Racism, and Economic Justice.
