Today Equality Texas hosted a briefing featuring legal experts, advocates, and business leaders about the importance of three LGBTQ discrimination cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. On October 8 the U.S. Supreme Court will consider how Title VII’s ban on workplace sex discrimination protects LGBTQ people from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.
