Tell Us Texas: A Survey to capture the needs of the LGBT community
Posted on June 14, 2016 at 3:59 pm

Tell Us Texas (Texans’ Experiences: LGBTQ+ Lives) is a collaborative effort to address the varied needs of the LGBT community. This survey, developed by researchers at the Montrose Research Institute, is important because it will provide the information needed to better address the health needs of our diverse community. By telling us what health issues are most important to you, we can work with community organizations in Texas to bring programs that will improve the health of our entire community. So, please take 10 to 15 minutes of your time to fill out this survey.

Because we value your time, the first 600 people to complete the Tell Us, Texas survey will be emailed a $5 Starbucks gift card. In addition, all participants will receive a promotional code for online retailers who support our community. You’re also providing information that will help us develop health programs for people with experiences similar to you.

This survey is confidential.

Your responses will only be linked by an email address if you choose to provide it. If you are concerned about confidentiality, you can take the survey and provide no identifiable information. That data will be stored in a secure, encrypted server and will only be accessible by the members of the research team at The Montrose Research Institute.

We hope that you can complete the survey so that we can better address the health needs of our diverse community.
